can somebody help me plan my vacation to bohol? dont know how to get there coming from cebu?

i'm planning to go to bohol this coming jan 30 to feb 1, 2008. can you help me plan a cheap vacation? what's the cheapest resort in bohol (room good for 2 person)? how do i get to visit loboc river, tarsier sanctuary, baclayon church and other scenic spots?
☻Ride onboard a sea fastcraft from Cebu to Tagbilaran City. (Either Supercat, Weesam or Oceanjet) It's just 2 hours away.

You will find them at the seaport.. the tour guides and the same time the driver of the car will hand you their menu card with fixed prices for the bohol tour package. You only have to choose which package Bohol tour you want. The destinations are Baclayon church, Man-made forest, Hanging bridge, chocolate hills, tarsier sanctuary, Loboc river and floating restaurants and Blood Compact monument and so much more.

http://www.bohol.ph/ is a good site to get a glimpse at Bohol and what it has to offer. The site also provides information on accommodations, places to go and see, how to get where, modes of transportation to and from Bohol, etc.

To get to Tagbilaran, Bohol and back – take a fast craft. My personal choice is the Oceanjet – seats are comfortable. Try to get a seat at the front or middle part / remember the boat's engine is at the back ( which is noisy ).
Check for fare promotions before your buy your ticket – in our case, we got a free Tagbilaran – Cebu ticket for the Cebu – Tagbilaran ticket that we purchased.
Once you reach the Tagbilaran port, there are many people that will offer you tour services ( places that you listed + more ) based on the menu card that they will show you. You can negotiate with the driver – tour prices are not fixed ( you can negotiate a lower price or extended hours ).
When we visited Bohol, we rented a private car for 2,000 pesos for 7 hours. We ( 3 persons ) visited all the tourist places ( in the menu card ) and many more.
Do your research on Bohol – the first respondent gave a good website. Suggest you take your land tour on your second day – January 31.

Go to your nearest Supercat Ticketing Station , theres one in very Aboitiz tiocketing station or go to Pier 4 Supercat Hub . Inquire about their Skip Trips to Bohol , they have like mini package tour , which allows you to have lunch in the boat while traversing luboc river being seranaded by a Boholano band , visit tarsiers , the cohocolate hills and also with hotel accomodation . It will book your Supercat trip RT Ceb- Bohol – Cebu and the tour package . Cost you around Phpo 3, 500.00/ per person .

From Cebu City, take a supercat at Pier4. Of the three fastcrafts, supercat is the biggest and take a seat at the middle. Better buy a round trip ticket unless you want to return to Manila by Pal from Bohol.The sea may be rough this month, but the ride is only 2 hours to Tagbilaran.. There are lots of beach resorts in Panglao Island. The best known is Bohol Beach Club. Beach resorts offer a free trip to their resort, but a tour to the scenic spots will be charged P2,000.00 per day with a van.

I also recommend Dumaluan Beach Resort. Very nice resort and just beside Bohol Beach Club. I think it offers the best bang for the buck!
